Accessibility Statement (Beta)
VinylCast is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our platform.
1. Conformance status
This website is currently in a closed private beta phase. We are working toward full compliance with the following international standards:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
- EN 301 549 (European Standard)
- ADA Title III (Americans with Disabilities Act)
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (US)
At this stage of development, the platform is partially conformant. We are using this beta period to identify and resolve accessibility gaps before our public launch.
2. Known limitations (beta phase)
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some parts of the beta interface may not yet fully conform to the standards above. Known limitations include:
- Keyboard navigation: Some interactive elements may not be fully reachable via keyboard.
- Screen readers: Certain dynamic labels and ARIA attributes are currently being optimized.
- Color contrast: Some UI components may have temporary contrast ratios below 4.5:1.
- Legacy documents: Some PDF or technical exports may not yet be fully tagged.
3. Technical specifications
Accessibility of VinylCast relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA.
4. Feedback and contact information
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter any accessibility barriers while testing our beta, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix:
Email: contact (at) vinylcast.fr
Response time: We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 2 business days.
5. Formal complaints and redress
